Background: The TCT gigs were the brainchild of The Who’s Roger Daltrey CBE, patron of Teenage Cancer Trust, who has, over the last eight years, persuaded the best of British talent available across rock, pop and comedy to give up their time to raise money for this unique charity. Teenage Cancer Trust focuses on the needs of teenagers and young adults with cancer by providing specialist teenage units in NHS hospitals.

The Who have performed for the TCT series in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2007
